Biro Eszter: She finds the agility of a small but focussed team compared to a methodology heavy group most refreshing. From picking the right tools, entrusting in capable teammates, to solving problems with a human oriented approach, these are all core beliefs compelling her to co-found PrimalGrasp. Rapid feedback makes Eszter confident while working. You might say she’s got a test driven driven personality, being reinforced by signals ranging from customer input to all tests pass messages provided by automatic test suites. In her free time she enjoys traditional Hungarian folk music, an art form with renewable perspectives.
Dee Zsombor: While curiosity may have not been useful for the cat, the opposite is true about Zsombor. He finds great enjoyment in learning new languages, expanding horizons and simply offering a better suited solution. Arrived to Ruby in 2004 after hearing a praise for the language by authors he much respects for. As a long time OSS advocate he had seen this opportunity to put his conviction to the ultimate test, by co-founding PrimalGrasp a full time ruby shop. Beside development he also acted as teacher for a full year, part of an useful experience to crystallize his thoughts. When time permits he rides a bike up and down steep inclines, when not especially in the harsh winter he just keeps on dreaming about the ride.
